Inspection Procedure

Since Mould Base Machining is a Single Piece Flow Product Line, the detailed parts have to be machined as per drawings during the processing itself.

We have trained our operators in all necessary inspection procedures to Self Certify dimensions on Machines before unloading job.

Other stages of Inspection by the Quality Staff:

  • Incoming Inspection-Raw Material & Other Goods.
  • Stage Inspections- For the WIP Products.
  • Final Inspection: Before Assembly & Dispatch of Products.
